We can ship to most addresses in the Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options for your delivery address. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Not happy with your purchase? You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that have damaged or missing packaging or package contents may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to hygienic reasons, earphones are non-refundable.
- If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, a refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and to the original credit card.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Other returns will need to ship product back to provided address at own expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
